How to make a complaint

If something has gone wrong, you can raise a complaint at any time. This page explains how complaints about a lending product built on Corentis are received, acknowledged and handled — and how to escalate if you are not satisfied with the outcome.

Illustrative demo. This page describes the intended complaints approach for the Spanish market. Corentis is a technology platform, not a lender; a complaint about a loan is handled by the licensed entity operating the product. Entity-specific details are confirmed before launch.

The process

Three steps, with a clear escalation route

Most issues are resolved quickly at the first step. The route below makes sure an unresolved complaint always has somewhere to go.

1

Contact customer support

Get in touch with the operating entity's customer support first. Many questions and issues can be sorted out at this stage without a formal process.

2

Submit a formal complaint

If support cannot resolve it, submit a formal complaint to the entity's customer-care service. It is acknowledged on receipt and handled within the legally applicable timeframe, with a reasoned written response.

3

Escalate if unresolved

If you are still not satisfied, you can escalate to the competent external dispute-resolution body or supervisor. The exact body and deadlines are entity- and jurisdiction-specific and are confirmed before launch.

Before you write

What to include

Giving us the right detail up front helps us look into your complaint quickly and give you a clear answer.

  • Your identity — full name and a way to contact you.
  • A reference — your loan or application reference, if you have one.
  • A description — what happened, with relevant dates.
  • Your desired outcome — what you would like us to do to put it right.
